Archbishop Wood High School is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven professional to serve as our Advancement Services Manager. This full-time position is an integral member of the Office of Institutional Advancement, providing operational excellence, donor stewardship, and data management that support the school's philanthropic mission.
Working closely with the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Advancement Services Manager will ensure every donor receives exceptional stewardship while maintaining the systems, reporting, and analytics that drive fundraising success. This position plays a vital role in supporting annual giving, major gifts, grants, alumni engagement, special events, and future campaign initiatives.

Position Responsibilities
Database Management
? Manage all aspects of Raiser's Edge NXT, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of constituent and donor records.
? Process and reconcile gifts, pledges, recurring gifts, matching gifts, stock gifts, and other charitable contributions.
? Maintain constituent records, donor coding, campaign assignments, and fundraising tracking.
? Create reports, queries, dashboards, exports, mailing lists, and donor analytics to support advancement initiatives.
? Monitor data quality through regular audits, duplicate record management, and data clean-up.
? Track fundraising performance and provide analytical reports on donor retention, acquisition, campaign performance, and fundraising trends.
Donor Stewardship & Recognition
? Execute and maintain our comprehensive stewardship program to ensure every donor receives timely, meaningful, and personalized acknowledgment.
? Coordinate gift acknowledgments, tax receipts, thank-you letters, donor calls, and stewardship communications.
? Oversee student thank-you note initiatives and donor impact reporting.
? Manage donor recognition societies, giving clubs, and annual recognition publications.
? Coordinate scholarship stewardship, including recipient letters, donor reports, and scholarship recognition events.
Events & Volunteer Engagement
? Coordinate donor appreciation events, receptions, stewardship activities, and recognition programs.
? Support fundraising events by managing guest lists, registrations, seating, sponsorship tracking, and post-event stewardship.
? Assist with alumni engagement and stewardship opportunities.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree preferred.
? Three to five years of experience in advancement services, fundraising operations, donor relations, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
? Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or comparable constituent relationship management (CRM) software.
? Strong proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
? Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
