Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where young children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop self-regulation techniques
- Engage with children through play-based activities that stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical development
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and safety
- Support routines such as snack time, nap time, and bathroom breaks to ensure comfort and well-being
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards
